Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good, however, I had ticked the boxes to receive the free trials/samples going through the ordering process of adding items to basket but at final checkout stage these were not visible yet I assumed they were included. They didnt arrive so I assume not offically ordered. How do I prevent this happening in future as I missed out on some nice samples?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Gift wrap was perfect. Reason marked as ''good'', is because delivery took SO LONG. I received the package a full week after I received an email saying it had been despatched. If I had known it would take that long, I would not of ordered from there as it was a gift that had to be given late. And with the postage paid there was no reason I should not of received it within 2 working days- LATEST. Really not happy about that.
