No Harm Bum Balm is brilliant, a little goes a long way. My daughter is nearly 5 months old and has never had nappy rash. We have used this product since birth, once In the morning and once before bed. If you are in any doubt about spending so much money on something like this, in my opinion it is worth every penny. We won’t use anything else,

Using it on my newborn as needed and seems to work. No signs of dipper rash or skin soreness. Baby also seems to enjoy the balm. Only a tinny but necessary and does not leave sling feeling greasy or unpleasant. Will keep using!!

My son had a sore bottom used for 3/4 days to try and heal his sore bottom it only got worse. I aired him and changed his nappy as soon as he went to the toilet. I only used cotton wool water and dried after. Changed to a different brand now. Very dissatisfied due to the cost I was really hoping this natural product we would. I wouldn’t recommend to any of my mummy friends.
