My Expert Midwife Peri Prep Your Bits is a softening and moisturising oil for perineal massage.
Ideal from 34 weeks pregnant, Peri Prep Your Bits is a perineal massage oil developed by midwives to help you prepare for your baby’s birth. The gentle formula is ideal for encouraging the skin around your perineum to stretch more easily during childbirth.
This mum-approved massage oil contains a unique blend of natural essential oils to help nourish, protect, and promote skin elasticity.
During childbirth a tear to the perineum is common, and in some births women may be offered an episiotomy (a cut to the perineum).

Directions
Alternative uses of PPYB. Applying Peri Prep Your Bits under your nose when you have a cold will help to relieve nasal congestion. You could even add it to your bath and let the steam and essential oils do the work.

Ordered this to help me with my perennial massaging from about 36 weeks pregnant. I am a fist time mum and birthed my 7lbs 1oz baby naturally with absolutely no stitches and I do believe that using this product every other day along with my massaging really helped! Thank you!!

I used the peri oil from 36 weeks, 3-4 times weekly! I still have some of the bottle left so I’m using it on my stretch marks after birth.
I have no tears or grazes on my perinium and this has been great in my recovery. I’ve spent more time enjoying my new baby without being in pain! Really recommend!

Excellent product! I had my first baby a week ago and was at high risk of a tear being very active and a horse rider. My midwife said my muscles were very strong and was so shocked I did not tear or need any stitches. I used this product only 2 weeks before I gave birth (intended for longer but my little girl came early) and had no tears.
I highly recommend this product!!

Brilliant stuff. When I was looking to purchase, I was reading reviews and I didn’t think it would work for me. I used it for a little while then I kept totally forgetting to used in the end, but I gave birth to a 9lb/4kg baby and had no tear whatsoever.

I was so unconvinced by this but was prepared to try anything to avoid the pain of stitches which I had with my first. Second birth was super quick with a much bigger baby but no tears! The midwife couldn’t believe it.

Well I purchased this and the spritz for your bitz.
I used this from 34 weeks. This was my first ever baby and I had a natural birth very quickly in 5 hours and I had no tears, no stitches I only had some grazing and that was it! I highly highly recommend this to everyone to use. I used probably about 3 times a week in the evening! But I made sure I covered all corners if you know what I mean! Amazing stuff! Really saved me lots of time healing.
