Product Description

Weleda Skin Food Light brings immediate comfort to dry skin. The silky lotion combines organic sunflower oil with natural extracts of calendula, pansy and chamomile. It provides the skin with instant moisture and protects from drying out. The light formulation helps support the regeneration of the skin’s protective barrier. Quickly absorbed it is ideal for use on the go and leaves the skin soft and feeling protected.

Suitable for use on face or body and best for skin stressed by everyday life.

Suitable for vegetarians.

Directions

Apply on dry areas on face or body, and allow to soak.

It feels really luxurious and it soaks into my skin which can get pretty parched as I live part of the year in the Middle East. Bought it for my daughters too who both love it. If it had SPF, it would be perfect. Any chance of developing an SPF moisturiser? Xx

Skin Food light absorbs much faster and leaves you with the lovely fragrance of Skin Food without any residue. A good multi tasker as I'll use it on my hands, legs, elbows and any left over on my hands I'll pat onto my face.

I use it in the morning as part of my skin care routine but also as a primer under makeup, a highlighter over makeup and it just leaves your skin feeling amazing. No chemicals in the ingredients so you know it’s good for your skin.

It far surpasses any of the other day face moisturising products I've used in the past. I have psoriasis so have to be careful what I use but this has really helped soothe that on my face. The only downside is it leaves a slight film on my face, which you cannot see, but this means I will only use this product when I'm not wearing make-up, which is most days at the moment! Very impressed overall though and will definitely be using in future.
